Quel rituel adopter pour récupérer une densité de cheveux ?

What ritual should you adopt to restore hair density?

Stress, weather and hormonal changes can cause hair loss from the beginning of autumn until winter. It is a natural and perfectly normal phenomenon that can be anticipated by adopting a few simple actions. The goal is to reduce hair loss, restore hair density and maintain a healthy hair fiber throughout the year…

Angélique, manager of Itsiban beauty in Valencia and hair expert, gives us her advice for regaining hair density.

Angélique, tell us a little about yourself, can you introduce yourself and tell us about your background?

At 19, I left my Ardèche countryside for Valence. Four years of hairdressing training, specializing in colorism that I was lucky enough to do in a large hairdressing brand.

At 28, I was a little worn out from working for a franchise and I needed to take stock of what I really wanted to do in my life. I left my job as a Colorist for a few months in the restaurant business. Meeting, opportunity, 1 year later I found myself at the head of a Beauty Salon that combines hairdressing and aesthetics. I am lucky to manage a great team of 2 people, then 3 then 4 today.

As a hair expert, what can be the causes of hair loss?

You should know that we lose up to 100 hairs per day! This is called hair regeneration.

There are many other causes of hair loss:

Stress, fatigue, hormones, deficiencies linked to a diet poor in essential minerals, a scalp suffocated by a poor hair routine.

What different tips can you share with us to slow down hair loss?

A good diet, a top hormonal balance, a routine adapted to the nature of your scalp, a course of food supplements during the phases of more intense hair loss (often in the fall)

My little tips:

Stimulate microcirculation by brushing your hair with a scalp brush. Activating blood circulation leads to better cell regeneration, toned hair from the roots and accelerated hair growth!

What are your upcoming projects?

I want to continue training to always evolve in my profession and bring a smile to our clients' faces when they visit our beauty salon.

A little mantra to share with us?

My master of apprenticeship told me: “patience and perseverance.”

It has always resonated in my head: for me it is the key!
