Which formulas to choose? What duration?
How do I know which formula is right for my problem?
Cyclae is to be used by women suffering from premenstrual syndrome, a set of symptoms that appears between ovulation and menstruation and generally disappears with the arrival of the latter, although in some, the symptoms continue until the end of the period. These symptoms can be: abdominal pain, catamenial migraines, recurrent mycoses, fatigue, irritability, water retention, cramps, insomnia or hypersomnia (non-exhaustive list).
Osendo is to be used by women suffering from painful and heavy periods or endometriosis. The pain manifests itself by abdominal cramps but can also be lower back pain, muscle pain or digestive pain (non-exhaustive list).
Opéka is to be used by women suffering from severe hormonal acne and excess hair associated with hyperandrogenism or polycystic ovarian syndrome. Symptoms are often associated with irregular cycles.

Opéka: is it only intended for patients suffering from diagnosed PCOS?
No, Opéka is intended for all women with a hormonal imbalance between androgens and estrogens which is characterized by: irregular, long cycles with acne, hairiness and/or hair loss.
It is not necessary to have a PCOS diagnosis to use Opéka.
Osendo: is it only for patients suffering from endometriosis?
No, Osendo is intended for all women with a hormonal imbalance between estrogen and progesterone that is characterized by painful periods and very heavy flow during regular cycles.
It is not necessary to have a diagnosis of endometriosis to use Osendo.

How long does it take for the products to work?
We recommend taking our formulas for at least 3 months for lasting results.
The first effects can appear from the first month of treatment.
However, hormonal rebalancing is done in depth and can take several months. Generally, we recommend following a program for at least 3 consecutive months associated with a healthy lifestyle and a varied and balanced diet.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our food supplements are made in France! All of our service providers are also located in France. In France, “we don’t have oil, but we have ideas”!

2 capsules per day in the evening, from the 14th day of the cycle until the 1st day of the period Recommended duration of a program: 3 months Contents of a pillbox: 30 capsules, or 15 days of treatment
Opeka
Opéka is to be used by women suffering from skin imperfection and/or excess hair associated with hyperandrogenism or polycystic ovary syndrome. Symptoms are often associated with irregular cycles.
Instructions for use:
1 capsule per day in the evening Recommended duration of a program: 3 months Contents of a pillbox: 30 capsules, or 30 days of treatment
Osendo
Osendo is to be used by women suffering from painful and heavy periods or endometriosis.
The pain manifests itself as abdominal cramps but can also be lower back pain, muscular pain or digestive pain (non-exhaustive list).

Are there any contraindications to taking our products?
Cyclae
Cyclae is reserved for adults over 15 years of age and is contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity to the active substances, in cases of epilepsy risk. Not recommended for women with a personal or family history of breast cancer. Medical supervision is recommended in the event of concomitant use of anticoagulant medications.
All our formulas should be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children, away from heat, humidity and light. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
There is no contraindication to taking our formulas in addition to an analgesic, anti-inflammatory or antispasmodic.
Opeka
Opéka is reserved for adults over 18 years of age. Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances, in case of liver and kidney problems. Do not use with hypoglycemic, anticoagulant, diuretic medications, in case of history or hormone-dependent cancer, hyperestrogenism.
All our formulas should be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children, away from heat, humidity and light. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
There is no contraindication to taking our formulas in addition to an analgesic, anti-inflammatory or antispasmodic.
Osendo
Osendo is reserved for adults over 18 years of age. Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances, in case of epilepsy risk, liver and kidney problems. Do not use with hypoglycemic, anticoagulant, diuretic medications, in case of history or hormone-dependent cancer, hyperestrogenism, dopaminergic agonists or antagonists (antidepressants, Parkinson's disease), pituitary disorder.
All our formulas should be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children, away from heat, humidity and light. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
There is no contraindication to taking our formulas in addition to an analgesic, anti-inflammatory or antispasmodic.

Can our products accompany the cessation of hormonal contraception?
Quite !
When taking hormonal contraceptives, your body puts its hormonal secretion on “standby”.
When you stop taking your contraceptive, it is entirely possible to experience pain related to your cycle or to not have regular or even absent cycles.
Our formulas are perfectly suited to support you in this “weaning” process:
Cyclae: for cyclical pain that always occurs before and/or during your period (stomach aches, migraines, water retention, mood disorders, etc.)
Opéka: Very long cycles, periods that are late in arriving or even absent. Associated or not with acne, hair loss and/or excessive hairiness.
Osendo: for very painful and heavy periods.
Are our products compatible with contraceptives?
Our 3 formulas are completely compatible with taking the contraceptive pill or the IUD (hormonal or not).
However, if you suffer during your period while taking the pill, it may be because it is not adapted to your physiological needs. In this case, we advise you to contact your healthcare professional.
While waiting for this consultation, you can absolutely start a program with Cyclae, Opéka or Osendo depending on the discomfort felt.
Are our products organic, natural, vegan, cruelty-free and compatible with your diet?
Are our formulas organic?
We strictly select the ingredients in our formulas: naturalness, benefits, production method, traceability, guaranteed origin of raw materials, purity.
Our formulas are natural, composed mainly of carefully selected plants, vitamins and minerals.
Our capsules are of plant origin.
The presence of magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent) does not allow us to use the 100% natural label even if our formulas are very close to it.
Our plants are not certified organic but meet French and European standards, all approved by the DGCCRF.
As for vitamins and minerals, there is no organic certification.
Only acacia fiber (our capsule filler) is certified organic.
Our formulas do not contain genetically modified substances (GMOs) or genetically modified carriers or additives.
They are free of pesticides, sulfites, nanoparticles, artificial flavors, preservatives and irradiated ingredients.
We are constantly monitoring to increase the percentage of 'certified' organic ingredients in our products.
Are your formulas Vegan? Cruelty-free? Halal, Kosher?
Our formulas do not contain any ingredients of animal origin or compounds of animal origin, and do not come into contact with animal derivatives during the entire manufacturing process.
Our formulas are packaged in 100% vegetable capsules.
As a result, they are vegan and suitable for vegan and vegetarian, halal and kosher diets.
Our ingredients and formulas are in no way tested on animals and are therefore 'cruelty-free'.
Are your formulas compatible with all types of diets?
Our formulas have been designed to fit in as well as possible with all diets.
All our formulas do not contain any of the most known allergens (see list below) and are therefore considered allergen-free.
They are free of cereals made from gluten, soy, eggs, milk, peanuts, nuts (walnuts, almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, cashew nuts, etc.), sesame seeds, seafood (fish, crustaceans), mollusks, mustard, celery, lupin and any other product made from these allergens.
All our formulas are also free of sulfites and pesticides.
Our formulas and capsules are 100% vegan.
They do not contain any ingredients of animal origin or compounds of animal origin, and do not come into contact with animal derivatives during the entire manufacturing process.
Finally, our formulas are free of GMOs, pesticides, nanoparticles, artificial flavors, preservatives and irradiated ingredients.
Delivery
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Unfortunately, it can happen that your package is lost or stolen during delivery. You will find here the different procedures to follow in the event of a delivery problem.
Track my package
Once your package has been collected by its carrier, you can follow all the steps using the tracking number that you can find in your personal space.
What are the delivery times?
EQUILIBRIST ships orders within 48 hours (working days), and delivery then depends on our carrier. Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and in no case, the responsibility of EQUILIBRIST which could not be engaged in the event of non-compliance with these deadlines.
Preparation and sending of orders
All packages are prepared and sent in hygienic conditions in accordance with all recommendations from the health authorities. Once your order has been validated, it can no longer be modified because it is sent to the logistics team to be prepared.

– Standard home delivery – Private Parcel: €5.90
– Delivery to relay point
– Mondial Relay: €3.90
– Free delivery from 70€ order.
Europe:
– Standard home delivery: €9.90
– Express home delivery: varies depending on destination

– Rest of the world varies by country
Due to Brexit, delivery is temporarily suspended to the United Kingdom
Returns
The Buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days, from the date of receipt of the Products ordered, to withdraw without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of the return costs which remain his responsibility and which he must pay. When his order concerns several Products delivered separately, the above period runs from the receipt of the last Product.
The Products must be returned to EQUILIBRIST in their original packaging, unopened, without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the Buyer's notification of their wish to withdraw. They must be accompanied by a copy of the corresponding purchase invoice. The Buyer is deemed liable in the event of damage to the Products upon their return to EQUILIBRIST.

Orders placed on the Site by the Buyer cannot be exchanged in our stores and points of sale.
The Buyer will be reimbursed as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of actual receipt by EQUILIBRIST of the request for withdrawal of the full amount paid for his order, less, where applicable, the return costs, which remain the responsibility of the Buyer. EQUILIBRIST reserves the right, however, to defer this reimbursement until the Products have actually been recovered.
By way of exception, when the Products subject to the order have been unsealed by the Buyer after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, then the Buyer does not have a right of withdrawal.

Delivery problems
Your package has been delivered but you have not received it
Once your order leaves the warehouse, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Unfortunately, it can happen that your package is stolen or lost. We are really sorry for this problem beyond our control! What to do? Check with your caretaker or neighbors that no one else has received your package in your place. Your package has been in transit for an abnormally long time
Once your order leaves our logistics partner's warehouse, it is the responsibility of the carrier.
Unfortunately it may happen that your package is in transit for an abnormally long time. We are truly sorry for this problem beyond our control.
What to do?

What to do?
If your tracking indicates that your package is in "return to sender", we invite you to contact us to be able to resend your order to hello@equilibrist-lab.fr. Remember to check your delivery details carefully 🙂
Your order
Change of address
Once your order has been placed, you will no longer be able to change your address. However, if you notice this just after your order, you can contact us at hello@equilibrist-lab.fr. We will do our best to make this change but it will depend on the stage of processing your order. We cannot give you any guarantees. Under no circumstances will we be able to refund you or send you a new order if you have entered the wrong address.
